This is a quick-service restaurant chain for south Indian cuisine. The client’s brief was to make the space look contemporary and youthful without looking luxurious and overwhelming. The careful use of materials and colours that are distinctly south Indian, albeit in a contemporary fashion, facilitated this objective.
